The food at Shake Shack was fresh cooked and delicious. Our server, Zora, was exceptionally nice and provided excellent service. We would definitely come here again the next time we’re over this way.
It's always a great tasty time for my family when visiting a Shake shack. And this one doesn't disappoint. Chicken burgers, bacon steak so good. And the truffle one is the best burger ever tried . If I would have been a bit picky, I would say the portion could be larger and here is heaven. Thanks
It was a bit quiet when we were there.... It was the first stop after a long travel day. Food ordered and paid for on an iPad. Seat yourself. Bit odd that they ask for a tip- not sure who that goes to as you don't have a server or any interaction with anyone?!? Anyway burgers were outstanding. Really good. As was the milkshake. Highly recommend
Not only was the food hot and fresh, but the service was excellent! Ashley C was so kind and attentive. She made sure our group had refills and sauces for our meals. If we’re back in town we will be sure to come back for more great service from Ashley C!
Shake Shack at ICON Park Orlando was a fantastic spot for a delicious meal! The burgers were juicy, try the truffle one . The best part? Enjoying it all with a great view of the Orlando Eye! The atmosphere was lively, and the service was quick and friendly.
Love their burgers, this location wasn't quite as tidy as the last one, but the food was good as always.
On our last day of our family trip, we decided to stop by Icon Park and saw the infamous Shake Shack. I’ve always wanted to try Shake Shack, but the locations where I’m from in South Florida, are always packed. So when I saw there was no wait at this location, I ran into the restaurant lol. Shake Shack has the option where you can order with a server, or you can use a kiosk machine to place your order and pay on your own. The restaurant has a rustic chic vibe plus an outdoor patio area that you can sit at especially if you bring your furry friend along. After you place your order in the kiosk machine, you’re given a number, and you can sit at any table that you want. Your food is then brought out to you so you don’t have to worry about even getting up unless if you want condiments. The servers are very nice and accommodating, and they brought our food out quickly. This was the best burger I’ve had thus far. The patties were juicy and covered in melted cheese. The french fries were crunchy and soft. I cannot wait to try Shake Shack back at home and try more of their menu options especially their cheese fries.
Not the first time I’ve had Shake Shack but this location was better than the one I tried in NYC. Got the OG ShackBurger, limited Korean BBQ cheese fries and the shack lemonade. The burger was well constructed and tasted great but the portion size was on the smaller end. The korean cheese fries were quite good and had a great amount of salt. I personally liked the lemonade but the milkshake was pretty good as well until it got too heavy the more you drank it. The interior for this location was also quite nicely lit up during the night and they had an assortment of custom branded utensils such as their paper cup water filling station which I found cute. A bit on the pricier end when it comes to fast food dining but worth the try.
